Naomi's Chinese Beef Stew


Step 1: Lemongrass washed and cut into pieces about 3 - 5 cm long.  Mince the chili, peel the onion and cut into small pieces.

Step 2: Wash the beef and then drain.

Step 3: Boil the eggs and peel off the shell.

Step 4: Put a pot of of cold water with the beef until it starts to simmer. Remove water, then cut into square pieces.

Step 5: Marinate beef with 2 teaspoons of sugar + ½ teaspoon + 1 teaspoon salt + 1 tablespoon soy sauce + some minced garlic and let it sit for 30 minutes to soak up all the flavor.

Step 6: Put the beef in the pot, add lemongrass and stir-fry the meat to firm and beautiful color.  Put the coconut water in the pot to boil, then add beef,  eggs, add ½ teaspoon black pepper and capsicum(chili).  Boil the meat pot over low heat for 20-25 minutes to soften the beef, then turn off the heat.

Now, put the beef stock on a plate and enjoy it right away.



Beef: 600g
1 Coconut
6 eggs
1/2 a Onion
2 Red Chili
2 tbsp of White sugar
1 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Black Pepper
1 tsp Minced Garlic
1 tbsp Soy Sauce:
