Naomi's Chinese Beef Stew


Step 1: Lemongrass washed and cut into pieces about 3 - 5 cm long.  Mince the chili, peel the onion and cut into small pieces.

Step 2: Wash the beef and then drain.

Step 3: Boil the eggs and peel off the shell.

Step 4: Put a pot of of cold water with the beef until it starts to simmer. Remove water, then cut into square pieces.

Step 5: Marinate beef with 2 teaspoons of sugar + ยฝ teaspoon + 1 teaspoon salt + 1 tablespoon soy sauce + some minced garlic and let it sit for 30 minutes to soak up all the flavor.

Step 6: Put the beef in the pot, add lemongrass and stir-fry the meat to firm and beautiful color.  Put the coconut water in the pot to boil, then add beef,  eggs, add ยฝ teaspoon black pepper and capsicum(chili).  Boil the meat pot over low heat for 20-25 minutes to soften the beef, then turn off the heat.

Now, put the beef stock on a plate and enjoy it right away.



Beef: 600g
1 Coconut
6 eggs
1/2 a Onion
2 Red Chili
2 tbsp of White sugar
1 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Black Pepper
1 tsp Minced Garlic
1 tbsp Soy Sauce:
